• Fill account opening form
• 2 Passport photo of the parents
• 2 Passport photo of the baby
• Birth certificate of the baby
• BVN Number of the parent
• Evidence of residence address.
• Valid Identity Card of each signatory either of: (Drivers licence, Int”passport, Voters Reg. Card, National Identity card.
