Documents Required

• Company CAC Registration Documents.
• 2 Passport photo of each signatory.
• BVN Number of each signatory.
• 1 reference letter from a reputable banking institution.
• Evidence of residence address.
• Minutes of meeting/by laws/resolution/ constitution of the co-operative.
• Valid Identity Card of each signatory either of: (Drivers licence, Int”passport, Voters Reg. Card, National Identity card.
