• This loan is meant to finance existing / prospective clients wishing to purchase assets (Televisions, Refrigerators, Deep freezers, Washing machines, Generators amongst others from UHURU mall/plaza.
• Tenor : 3 to 6 months maximum
• Interest rate: 3- 5.5%
• Equity contribution: 20-30% minimum
• Assets financed to be in the name of UMFB until facility is paid down
